Davis underwent successful surgery to repair his injured right knee Thursday, Howard Beck of the New York Times reports.

Davis is expected to be on the shelf for an extended period after tearing his ACL, MCL and partially tearing his patellar tendon. There's a good chance the 33-year-old veteran could call it a career.
