The organization is leaving it up to Roy to decide if his knee is feeling well enough to allow him to workout, but with his career essentially on the line, he'll likely continue to take an extremely cautious approach in his recovery. The fact that he's even considering working out at least suggests that the soreness in his knee hasn't worsened since he's been sidelined.
