Anthony Joshua recovered from the first knockdown of his career to stun Wladimir Klitschko in Saturday's world heavyweight title fight at Wembley Stadium.

Joshua, who entered the bout as the IBF champion, also left with the previously vacant WBA and IBO titles after the referee stopped the fight in the 11th round, as the British champion unloaded on the Ukrainian legend. Earlier in the 11th, Joshua knocked Klitschko down shortly after a vicious uppercut that set social media ablaze:

Klitschko, who was also knocked down in the fifth round, sent Joshua to the canvas for the first time in the Brit's career during the sixth round.

The 27-year-old Joshua improved to 19-0 as a professional - with all 19 wins coming by way of knockout - while the 41-year-old Klitschko's record fell to 64-5 after his first bout since November 2015.
