Bulls fans boo Trubisky at United Center

David Banks / USA TODAY Sports

Mitchell Trubisky received a less-than-rapturous welcome at the Chicago Bulls-Boston Celtics game Friday night.

Trubisky was selected second overall by the Chicago Bears on Thursday night and then took in a playoff contest in his new city.

The former North Carolina standout, who'd been booed by some Bears fans the previous night at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, was subjected to jeers from the United Center faithful.

It wasn't a completely negative experience for Trubisky, however, who took some pictures with excitable fans.

Trubisky appeared undeterred from having a great time, even though the Bulls were eliminated in a 105-83 loss.
