Thaddeus Moss, the son of NFL Hall of Fame wide receiver Randy Moss, has found a new home that just so happens to be at one of college football's most prestigious programs.

Moss announced his decision to join LSU on Sunday just 10 days after informing NC State of his intent to transfer, according to Shea Dixon of 247 Sports. Moss caught six passes for 49 yards and a touchdown for the Wolfpack as a freshman last season.

"I just committed to Coach O," Moss told Dixon. "He was ready for it. They are definitely really excited for me right now."

Moss attended LSU's spring game on Saturday, and met with head coach Ed Orgeron and the rest of the Tigers' staff Sunday morning before giving them his commitment.

"Its been fantastic, actually," Moss said. "Just getting into the stadium and getting a feel for how it's going to be, and spending time with Coach O and Coach Ensminger and Coach Canada, it's all been great.

"I love Coach O. I love his energy," Moss added. "He’s all about his players. He really incorporates a family environment. I really like that. And it's been great getting to know Coach Ensminger. He has a great background, and he’s been around the game a long time."
