Surprise! Saban isn't happy with Alabama's spring game performance

Marvin Gentry-USA TODAY Sports

In one of the most predictable things in college football, Nick Saban isn't pleased with Alabama's performance in its annual spring game.

The notoriously sour coach was his usual self after Saturday's intersquad scrimmage, telling reporters exactly how he felt after the affair.

Point 1

Luckily for Alabama, Saban has over four months to concoct a plan to make the Crimson Tide an elite team before they face Florida State to open the 2017 season.

Point 2

Highly touted freshman Jerry Jeudy caught five passes for 134 yards and two touchdowns, winning the Dixie Howell Memorial Award as game MVP. While Saban may not be satisfied with any specific position group, it's likely he will be fairly pleased with Jeudy's performance in his first game action with the Crimson Tide.
