The Boston Celtics clinched their first Atlantic Division title in five years following Monday's 114-105 victory over the Brooklyn Nets.

Boston is now guaranteed a top-two seed in this year's postseason with the Toronto Raptors now locked in as the No. 3 seed.

With just one game remaining, the Celtics can clinch the No. 1 seed in the East should they beat the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday night. Boston currently sits a game ahead of the Cleveland Cavaliers for first in the conference.

With Isaiah Thomas leading the way, the Celtics rank as one of the league's most complete teams, sitting eighth in offensive rating and 12th in defensive efficiency.
