Watch: Did Florida get screwed by late missed call?

With Florida trailing South Carolina by two points with 53.7 seconds to play in Sunday's Elite Eight game, the Gamecocks opted to break the press by throwing the long ball.

Duane Notice would catch the pass - of almost 94 feet - under the Gators' basket, but very clearly looked to take a full four steps with the ball. Despite that move, the referees decided not to whistle him for a travel, which would have turned the ball back over to Florida with a chance to tie or go ahead.

Instead, the Gators were forced to foul and Notice would extend the South Carolina lead at the free-throw line, with the Gamecocks eventually winning by seven.
