Ex-USC DL Rodgers transferring to North Carolina, not Iowa State

Former USC defensive lineman Khaliel Rodgers will transfer to North Carolina, not Iowa State as initially planned, he informed Don Callahan of Inside Carolina.

Rodgers announced in January that he'd be taking his talents to the Cyclones upon transferring from USC.

A graduate transfer, Rodgers will be eligible to play as a senior in 2017.

Rodgers played on the Trojans defensive line last year after playing the first portion of his career on the offensive line.
