T-Wolves to unveil new logo during final regular-season home game

The Minnesota Timberwolves will soon be welcoming a new era in franchise history.

As part of the upcoming Fan Appreciation Night, the team will be unveiling the Timberwolves' new logo during their final home game of the regular season. The logo - which will be used next season - will be presented at halftime in an April 11 showdown with the Oklahoma City Thunder.

"We are incredibly excited to share the new logo with our fans. This is but the first of many changes that fans will see that reflect our growing relevancy at home and abroad," Timberwolves CEO Ethan Casson said in a statement.

The Timberwolves will be making an announcement regarding the unveiling of their new uniforms in the near future.
