Monroe, Young, Russell fined for involvement in Bucks-Lakers skirmish

Kirby Lee / USA TODAY Sports

The three main participants in the dustup that shook out between the Los Angeles Lakers and Milwaukee Bucks on Friday have been collectively fined $75,000 for their roles in the fracas.

Bucks center Greg Monroe took the steepest hit, getting slapped with a $35,000 fine for shoving Lakers guard Nick Young in the neck. That was retaliation for Young shoving Malcolm Brogdon in response to a hard foul, a shove that lightened Young's wallet to the tune of $25,000. D'Angelo Russell then retaliated to Monroe's push by a shove of his own, costing himself $15,000.

All three were ejected from the game.
