Raiders' King courts Lynch with cleats tweet

Marshawn Lynch announced his retirement in the most Marshawn Lynch way possible: by tweeting a photo of his cleats hanging from a power line with a peace emoji during the Super Bowl a year ago:

Now, with rumors swirling that Lynch could come out of retirement and perhaps try to join his hometown team in Oakland, one Raiders player wants Lynch to know he found his cleats.

Raiders punter Marquette King tweeted this photo Sunday:

We still don't know for sure if Lynch truly does desire to play football again, but knowing he's wanted in Oakland could potentially influence his decision.

Of course, joining the Raiders isn't as simple as Lynch merely deciding to do so. If Lynch comes out of retirement, the Seattle Seahawks will own his rights and will have to decide whether to hold Lynch, release him, or try to trade him.
