Report: Saints still talking Cooks trade, want picks or pass-rusher in return

The New Orleans Saints continue to discuss a trade involving wideout Brandin Cooks with a number of teams, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.

The teams identified as being in active discussions with the Saints are the Philadelphia Eagles, Tennessee Titans, and New England Patriots, each of whom had previously been linked to a trade.

The Patriots reportedly offered the Saints a package including the 32nd overall pick, but the Saints turned it down.

According to Rapoport, the Saints are seeking multiple draft picks or "someone to affect QBs," which likely means a pass-rusher or other impact defender.
