Malaga's Juan Carlos Lopez: Unlikely to play Sunday

Juankar is unlikely to play Sunday against Athletic Bilbao because of a quadriceps injury, Futbolistos reports.

Analysis:

Juankar was not able to train this week after suffering the injury previously and seems like a lock to be on the sideline when kickoff time approaches, barring a late improvement. Although Malaga would hurt in the absence of one of their most important players, he seemingly has a chance to return as soon as next Saturday against Alaves.
