Bob Huggins needed help to get off the court after falling to his knees during No. 12 West Virginia's game against Texas.
Huggins received medical attention on the sideline after his internal defibrillator administered a shock due to his heart rhythm being too fast, according to Holly Rowe of ESPN.
The Mountaineers coach would remain on the sideline and coach his team.
