Bryson DeCahmbeau's 2017 PGA Tour season continues to be a struggle.
DeChambeau withdrew from the Genesis Open Friday after playing 28 holes of the tournament with an apparent hand injury, according to Alex Myers of Golf Digest.
The 23-year-old rookie shot a 2-over-par 73 in the first round and was 2-over through 10 holes before play was suspended Friday afternoon due to inclement weather.
The 2015 U.S. Amateur champion has struggled on the course this season, while also having his unconventional side-saddle putting stance ruled by the USGA as non-conforming.
