Looking for some advice to get you started? Here is a look at the Squad Up daily NBA fantasy picture for Monday, Feb. 13:

Dynamic Duos

  • SF Giannis Antetokounmpo (99K) & C Greg Monroe (50K), Bucks (vs. Pistons): Antetokounmpo has scored a combined 61 points, 16 rebounds, 16 assists and five blocked shots in two games without SF/PF Jabari Parker. Monroe totaled 14 field-goal attempts in the two games, including an eight-game high of 17 points in Saturday's win over the Indiana Pacers.
  • SF Kevin Durant (96K) & PF Draymond Green (77K), Warriors (at Nuggets): The Nuggets are one of two teams allowing more than 110 points per 100 possessions, and they still play at the league's fifth-highest pace. The Warriors play at 103 possessions per game, topped by just one team. Durant scored 34 points in his return to Oklahoma City and the distraction is now behind him.
  • PG George Hill (61K) & PF Derrick Favors (47K), Jazz (vs. Clippers): The Jazz hold just a half-game lead over the Clippers for the No. 4 seed in the Western Conference. Utah has been one game better than Los Angeles over the last 10 games for each team. Hill has averaged 22 points and four assists per game over those 10, while Favors brings 9.2 points and 7.2 rebounds to the table in just 24 minutes.

Bargain Plays

  • PG Toney Douglas (25K), Grizzlies (at Nets): A matchup against the Nets provides Memphis with the strong possibility of offering more rest for PG Mike Conley. Douglas has already played at least 17 minutes in each of the past four games, scoring 11 points and totaling 14 field-goal attempts in each of his past two. He had highs of four rebounds and three assists.
  • SG Mario Hezonja (25K), Magic (at Heat): Hezonja has started back-to-back games at small forward for the Magic and presumes to do so again Monday. He attempted 11 field goals in 34:52 of court time his last time out, but finished with just seven points on 3-for-11 shooting. He did add six rebounds, two assists and two steals. It's a lot of playing time for a minimum salary player.
  • PF Noah Vonleh (25K), Trail Blazers (vs. Hawks): The Trail Blazers are likely to take some time integrating new C Jusuf Nurkic into the lineup, offering an expanded role to Vonleh for their next several games. While he's averaging just slightly more than three points per game for the season, he totaled 17 rebounds in his past two outings. His minimal salary allows him to return value with rebounds and blocks alone.

Top Fades

  • C Marc Gasol (75K), Grizzlies (at Nets): A blowout victory awaits the Grizzlies in Brooklyn, and Gasol has typically played much less in Memphis' biggest victories. He has already been held below 20 points in each of his past three games, and he hasn't hit 10 rebounds since Jan. 15.
  • PF Blake Griffin (84K), Clippers (at Jazz): Griffin has two double-doubles in his past three games, and he hasn't scored fewer than 20 points since his second game back from injury. He will be faced with the difficult test of Utah's frontcourt defense. The Jazz hold their opponents to just 40.4 rebounds per game, the second-lowest total in the league.
  • SG Will Barton (74K), Nuggets (vs. Warriors): Barton relies on his 3-point shot in order to return true tournament value, but he has averaged just 30% from beyond the arc in his past seven games. Golden State ranks first in defending opponents from 3-point range, likely capping Barton's upside.

Contrarian Options

  • SF Paul George (72K), Pacers (vs. Spurs): In a game where many would've expected Spurs SF Kawhi Leonard to receive plenty of rest, he ended up playing 36 minutes in a 94-90 loss to the New York Knicks, Sunday. George will have to face Leonard's defense, but his opponent is likely to be tired and unable to match George's 35.1 minutes-per-game average over his past seven games.
  • PG Kemba Walker (84K), Hornets (vs. 76ers): Russell Westbrook and John Wall go head-to-head Monday, and Stephen Curry faces the league's worst defense in a likely blowout. Opt for Walker with a plush home matchup against Philadelphia. The Hornets have lost nine of their past 10 games, likely keeping Walker on the court for major minutes once again.
  • C Dwight Howard (70K), Rockets (at Trail Blazers): It's unclear how much Nurkic will play in his Trail Blazers debut, but Portland is likely to start a frontcourt of Vonleh and C Ed Davis. Howard has topped 10 rebounds in all but one of his past 11 games, and he could be a focus of Atlanta's offense with a favorable individual matchup.
