The 16th hole at TPC Scottsdale is by far the loudest on the PGA Tour, with fans providing cheers and boos.
The game's hottest player, Justin Thomas, got booed Thursday when his ball fell off the tee, then brought the house down when he nearly jarred for an ace.
Thomas' playing partners, Phil Mickelson and Adam Hadwin, also got in on the fun. Mickelson rolled in his par putt after missing the green and Hadwin converted his 13-foot birdie.
