NaVorro Bowman visits fan injured en route to 49ers' season finale

San Francisco 49ers fan Sienna had tickets to the team's season finale, but sadly, she never made it to the game because the car she was traveling in was involved in an accident en route to Levi's Stadium.

While recovering in hospital, Sienna received a surprise visit from 49ers linebacker NaVorro Bowman, who brought her a new jersey to replace the one she was wearing at the time of the accident. Bowman also told her he has sideline passes waiting for her to a game of her choosing.
