Patriots' Kraft: 'Good possibility' NFL backs Raiders' Las Vegas move

At least one influential NFL owner says the possibility of the Oakland Raiders moving to Las Vegas is more than just a pipe dream.

"I think that's a good possibility," Patriots owner Robert Kraft said Wednesday of the possibility the NFL will support the move, according to Vincent Bonsignore of the Los Angeles Daily News.

The NFL's finance and stadium committees are meeting in New York City this week with talk of the Raiders' possible relocation front and center.

Commissioner Roger Goodell is on the record as saying he wants the Raiders to remain in Oakland, but team owner Mark Davis appears to be pushing hard for an exit.

Las Vegas presents an issue - gambling - that other potential relocation destinations do not, but based on Kraft's comments, it appears that hurdle may not be too much for the NFL to overcome.
