Watch: Nevada trails by 14 with 64 seconds left ... and wins

Cary Edmondson-USA TODAY Sports

With just over a minute remaining and a 14-point lead, New Mexico surely had to think it had a win over Nevada all but locked up Saturday.

Little did the Lobos know, one of the most improbable comebacks in college basketball history was about to happen.

Charlie Tooley drilled a 3-pointer to cut the deficit to 11 with 1:04 remaining, sparking an 18-4 run to end the game. That forced an overtime period the Wolf Pack eventually won.

Marcus Marshall scored 12 of his 26 points in the final minute of the game and Jordan Caroline canned a triple on his way to a game-high 45 points to lead the comeback.

One of the main things that made Nevada's turnaround possible was the fact New Mexico missed six foul shots in the final 60 seconds, so it's a safe bet the Lobos will be focusing on that in practice this week.
