South Florida's Mack taking his talents to NFL

Shanna Lockwood / USA TODAY Sports

Charlie Strong is losing a big weapon before the start of his first season in South Florida.

Bulls running back Marlon Mack announced Thursday that he will be foregoing his senior year and declaring for the NFL draft.

The junior scored an impressive 15 rushing touchdowns this season to go along with his 1,187 rushing yards. Mack finishes his career at South Florida with more than 3,600 yards on the ground and 33 total touchdowns in three campaigns.

It will be interesting to see when Mack hears his name called, as this year's draft is heavy with running backs, with the likes of Leonard Fournette, Christian McCaffrey, and Dalvin Cook among those who have already declared.
