Cavaliers welcome Encarnacion to Cleveland

Edwin Encarnacion will be introduced by the Cleveland Indians at a press conference on Thursday, but that didn't stop another team from Cleveland attempt to make the slugger feel right at home.

The 33-year-old decided to take in the Cavaliers-Chicago Bulls game at Quicken Loans Arena after arriving in Cleveland earlier in the day for his physical, which he passed, making the three-year, $60-million deal he signed with the Indians official.

Encarnacion is coming off a fantastic season with the Toronto Blue Jays - the organization he spent eight years with - hitting .263/.357/.529 with 42 home runs with 127 RBIs.
