After resigning as head coach of Indiana on Dec. 1 amid player mistreatment allegations, Kevin Wilson will be back on the sideline, this time as offensive coordinator of Ohio State, according to Bruce Feldman of Fox Sports, citing a source.

"I appreciate Coach Wilson's many positive contributions to our football program," Indiana athletic director Fred Glass said in a statement back in December. "This has nothing to do with the performance of the football team, which I view as quite positive and very much headed in the right direction."

A report had surfaced just before the announced resignation, claiming the school would fire Wilson due to complaints of player mistreatment.

Wilson was head coach of the Hoosiers from 2011-16 going 26-47, leading the program to back-to-back bowl games in 2015 and 2016, the first time in school history since 1991 that had happened..

Before being hired by Indiana, Wilson was offensive coordinator at Oklahoma from 2002-10, winning the 2008 Broyles Award, given annually to the best assistant coach in college football.

With the Sooners, Wilson coached multiple record setting quarterbacks and two Heisman winners in Jason White and Sam Bradford, along with Landry Jones.

Wilson would replace Tim Beck as offensive coordinator, after he left for the same position at Texas joining new Longhorns head coach, and former Buckeyes offensive coordinator, Tom Herman.
