NFL reverses decision not allowing Titans, Browns to wear charity cleats

It appears the "My Cause My Cleats" campaign will extend for more than one week.

After previously ruling that the Tennessee Titans and Cleveland Browns would not be allowed to wear their customized charity cleats following their bye weeks, the NFL has reversed its decision, according to league spokesperson Natalie Ravitz.

Some Titans players - including tight end Delanie Walker and cornerback Jason McCourty - had planned to wear their cleats anyways. Browns receiver Andrew Hawkins told ESPN that he thinks it would have been "a black eye for the NFL" if players were fined for attempting to partake.

The Titans will wear their customized kicks against the Denver Broncos, while the Browns host the Cincinnati Bengals. McCourty and Walker will be wearing the following cleats for the game:
