It took over a month, but Duke fans and the college basketball world were finally able to see two of the Blue Devil's three injured 5-star freshmen in action Saturday.

Forwards Jayson Tatum and Marques Bolden saw extended playing time in their collegiate debuts, helping Duke coast to the 94-55 win over Maine.

Though Tatum and Bolden, the No. 3 and No. 16 recruits in the class of 2016, were back on the court, they played like they had missed more than a month of action.

Tatum struggled to find his shot from the field, going two-for-eight, though he finished 5-of-6 from the charity stripe and grabbed eight boards in 20 minutes, earning the start.

Meanwhile, Bolden finished with seven points on three-of-five shooting in 12 minutes off the bench, adding five boards. Bolden got pushed around at times down low going for rebounds, still showing his need to get into game shape.

However, the two will only get better as they play more games, and having more bodies for head coach Mike Krzyzewski to rotate will allow the Blue Devils to take some stress off their previously shortened bench.

Playing with just six scholarship players the past few weeks, Duke was able to rest star Grayson Allen and freshman Frank Jackson Saturday thanks to the return of Tatum and Bolden.

Duke guard Luke Kennard led all scorers with 35 points, making four three-pointers. Ilker Er scored 20 points for the Black Bears in the loss.
