Medel didn't make the 23-man squad for Friday's trip to Napoli with a knee injury.

Analysis:

Medel continues recovery of his injured meniscus and isn't expected back in action before the end of January. While he's been a key cog in the Nerazzurri's squad he hasn't been much of a fantasy factor and his absence won't effect many fantasy rosters.
