Paris - France will host Spain in Paris in a heavyweight friendly on March 28 at the Stade de France, the French Football Federation said on Thursday.
The game takes place three days after France travels to Luxembourg in World Cup qualifying Group A, which the French lead by three points from the Netherlands.
Spain, who is also on course for Russia 2018, welcomes Israel on March 24 in qualifying.
France has not met Spain since a friendly in Paris in September 2014, with a Loic Remy strike giving the hosts a 1-0 win.
