Wizards snap 3-game losing streak, dedicate win to crying boy

There's a lot of anguish in D.C. these days, but the Washington Wizards did their part Thursday by snapping a three-game losing streak with a 119-112 thumping of the New York Knicks.

The organization promptly dedicated the victory to the boy spotted crying in the Verizon Center crowd during Wednesday's loss to the Philadelphia 76ers.

Marcin Gortat had already offered his support to the young man, but the 23-point, 11-assist effort from John Wall as well as Bradley Beal's return in a win is a better remedy.
