Jaguars owner Khan meets with players, coaches after losing to Raiders

Kirby Lee / USA TODAY Sports

Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan met with players and coaches on Monday, after the team lost 33-16 to the Oakland Raiders.

The Jaguars held their team meeting per usual on Monday, but Khan attended with the goal of helping his club win more games.

"It was a constructive meeting from my point of view," a source told Jacksonville.com's Ryan O'Halloran. "Everyone had good thoughts."

Jacksonville slumped to a 2-4 mark and is currently in last place in the AFC South.

Khan fired general manager Gene Smith and head coach Mike Mularkey after his first year owning the team, replacing them with Dave Caldwell and Gus Bradley, respectively. Bradley sports a 14-40 cumulative record with the team through his four seasons with the team.
