Marshawn Lynch isn't involved with the Seattle Seahawks in an official capacity but looms as large as ever for the NFC juggernaut.

Lynch continues to advise the team despite retiring from football in February.

Seahawks players, parents, and other personnel shared their favorite memories of Lynch, in an interview with Jayson Jenks of The Seattle Times.

"The way he talked about Ty, as a parent, I was just so blown away with how he embraced him,” Thomas Rawls' mother, Deadra, said of Lynch. "He really wanted to help him. He saw something in him. People are cheated when they don't get to meet him on a real level.

"Any time I see Marshawn, he always asks how my kids are doing. He was always there at my daughter's birthday parties. That meant a lot. She doesn't know what's going on, but it meant a lot to me that he cared enough about his offensive lineman's family to show up to the party," Seahawks offensive lineman Justin Britt recalled.

At 4-1-1, the Seahawks continue their march towards a second Super Bowl, but the former running back's mark on the team is indelible.
