After missing six weeks with a shoulder injury, Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Donte Moncrief is expected to return to practice on Wednesday.

"Moncrief has a good chance to get back into the swing of things," head coach Chuck Pagano said Monday night, according to the team website. "I think he will get on the field on Wednesday in a limited capacity."

The third-year receiver played in just two games this season before suffering the injury, making seven catches for 73 yards and one touchdown. He is expected to have a significant role in the Colts' offense after putting up 733 yards and six touchdowns in 10 starts last season.

Without Moncrief in the lineup, the Colts have struggled to find production from their wideouts. T.Y. Hilton leads the team with 45 catches, but the next closest wide receiver, Phillip Dorsett, has just 13.
