Report: Eagles, 49ers discussing trade for Torrey Smith

The San Francisco 49ers and Philadelphia Eagles are discussing a trade involving 49ers wide receiver Torrey Smith, multiple sources told Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio.

Smith has caught 13 passes for 199 yards and two touchdowns in seven games this year. The 27-year-old posted his best season as a member of the Baltimore Ravens in 2013, but his statistical totals have declined every year since.
