Stanford's McCaffrey returns vs. Colorado

Stanford got a boost Saturday, as running back Christian McCaffrey returned from injury against Colorado.

McCaffrey missed last week's game against Notre Dame with the undisclosed injury, but the Cardinal were able to pull off the victory. Stanford struggled prior to the win over the Irish, dropping two straight as McCaffrey had been held out of the end zone since mid-September.

The Cardinal will be hoping the versatile running back is healthy and gives the offense a much-needed spark. Shaw's offense has combined for only 39 points in its past three contests.

McCaffrey has proven to be one of the more dangerous threats in college football over the past two years, as the junior has been tormenting opposing teams as a runner, receiver, and kick returner.
