4-star G Paul Scruggs commits to Xavier

Paul Scruggs will be taking his talents to Xavier, the four-star point guard announced Friday.
It's a huge get for the Musketeers, as Scruggs ranks 28th on the ESPN 100 and is the highest rated recruit Xavier has secured since 2007, according to Jeff Borzello of ESPN.
The Indiana native is also rated as the third-best player in the state and fifth at his position.
Scruggs also had offers from Kansas, Kentucky, Louisville, Indiana, as well as several other Power 5 programs.
