Watch: Chad Kelly involved in brawl at high school football game

This probably isn't the way Hugh Freeze wanted his starting quarterback to spend his bye week.

Ole Miss pivot Chad Kelly was caught on camera at a high school game getting involved in a brawl. Kelly had to be restrained after his brother, Casey, was the recipient of a late hit.

"From the version I've heard, he didn't do anything to anybody. They were pulling him back because he gets emotional," Freeze told The Associated Press. "I probably would too if that were my family."

This isn't the first time Kelly made headlines for the wrong reasons. The senior was dismissed from Clemson in 2014 for conduct detrimental to the team and later that year was arrested after getting into an altercation with bouncers at a Buffalo nightclub.

"I have spoken to Chad and his family," Freeze added. "He understands that he should have handled this difficult situation with his brother differently. He has apologized, and we will continue to address this when he returns to campus."

Kelly is considered by some to be a top NFL prospect, but this incident will certainly raise the eyebrows of a few scouts.
