Dolphins' Pouncey hints at return on Instagram

Miami Dolphins star center Mike Pouncey appears ready to finally hit the field this season.

After being ruled out for the first four weeks of the season with a hip injury, including Thursday night's game against the Cincinnati Bengals, the three-time Pro Bowler posted an encouraging message to Instagram.

The announcement aligns with coach Adam Gase's comments to Joe Schad of the Palm Beach Post earlier Friday about Pouncey returning to practice some time next week.

The Dolphins could use Pouncey, the leader of their offensive line, as they've struggled to find consistency on offense so far this year.
