Watch: Fitzpatrick throws 6 picks to Chiefs
John Rieger / USA TODAY Sports
The New York Jets might be wondering what they were stressing about all offseason.
Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick gave his team no chance to take a win off the Kansas City Chiefs, throwing six interceptions Sunday.
It started in a reasonable manner, with Marcus Peters beating Jalin Marshall to the punch, before things descended into chaos.
Eric Berry grabbed one out of the end zone before Peters snatched another, his fourth in two games.
Throwing into double coverage didn't go well.
It got ridiculous.
Please, just run it.
The Jets lost, needless to say, by a final score of 24-3.
