Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson left Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers after appearing to suffer a knee injury.

Wilson laid on the ground grabbing his leg in pain before exiting the game, but returned after one play with his team leading 24-3.

On the following drive, Wilson was tended to by training staff and had a brace put on his left knee. He was replaced by backup Trevone Boykin who led the Seahawks to a field goal.

Wilson has been dealing with an ankle sprain since Week 1 but has been able to play through it, leading the Seahawks to a 1-1 start.
