Watch: Vikings' Hunter lays big hit on Newton for safety

The Minnesota Vikings' defense is coming through once again.
Down 10-0 early Sunday against the Carolina Panthers, the Vikings managed to get to Cam Newton in the end zone for their first points of the game.
Defensive end Danielle Hunter appeared to wrap Newton up above the shoulders, but he avoided a penalty and notched the team's first safety since Jared Allen in 2011.
