Texans delete Twitter poll after shutout loss to Patriots
Winslow Townson / USA TODAY Sports
The Houston Texans took to Twitter to ask their fans a question ahead of Thursday's game against the New England Patriots: How will the Texans score their first touchdown?
Hours later, we all found out. The Texans didn't score a touchdown, nor a single point. The Patriots, behind a third-string rookie quarterback, shut out the Texans 27-0.
So the Texans did what any embarrassed Twitter user would do and deleted the initial tweet.
But, as will everything on the internet, the deleted tweet will live on forever in the form of screenshots.
