3 must-see games in Week 3

Three weeks into the 2016 season the injury bug has hit the league as it does every year.

It seems like Week 2 is always the week catastrophic injuries hit, but there is no statistical evidence to back that up.

If only there was a place where that type of information could be stored and accessed. A database, if you will. Some type of network where information could not only be saved, but shared quickly and securely. There could also be memes.

Instead, we're stuck with a dogeared copy of the 1995 Professional Football Almanac which states "It feels like it's going to be the Browns year."

Anyways, here are this week's must-see games:

New York Giants at Washington Redskins

Finally, schedule makers have blessed us with a matchup of two head coaches that wear frumpy suits.

Unfortunately, that has been overshadowed by a Odell Beckham-Josh Norman feud that will take center stage after kickoff.

Usually divas avoid each other like the plague, but these two have decided to combine their star power in the NFC East, offering us mortals a rare chance to see a truly compelling individual matchup in a team sport.

Detroit Lions at Green Bay Packers

The Lions are tough to figure out this season, but the Packers may be tougher.

After squeaking by the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 1, the Packers lost in ugly fashion to a discombobulated Minnesota Vikings team. Are the Packers bad?

Outside of one incredible Aaron Rodgers throw they've looked fairly mediocre. Not pissing away a game against the Tennessee Titan mediocre, but mediocre nonetheless.

Still, when these two teams match up at Lambeau sparks fly. Notably, the Lions won their first game in Wisconsin in over 3,000 years in 2015, but they'd like to begin a new streak of losing at Lambeau that will last until the earth is a hot fiery inferno.

Pittsburgh Steelers at Philadelphia Eagles

The battle of Pennsylvania is interesting again with both teams off to 2-0 starts.

While Le'Veon Bell focuses on his rap career, DeAngelo Williams looks like one of the best running backs in the league, and the Steelers are making everyone believers.

Carson Wentz is having the most surprising immediate success for a rookie quarterback since Matt Ryan, making the Eagles an intriguing team to watch until the wheels fall off.

Curiously, the Steelers haven't won in Philly since 1965. So chew on that.
