Bishop to start for USA vs. Czechs, Johnson, Backes scratched

The United States is shuffling the deck ahead of their final game of the World Cup.

Ben Bishop will get the start in goal ahead of Jonathan Quick, who had started each of the team's first two games. Meanwhile forward David Backes and defenseman Erik Johnson - each of whom played the first two games of the tournament - will sit against the Czech Republic, according to Stephen Whyno of the Associated Press.

Both the Americans and the Czechs have been officially eliminated from playoff contention and will battle for pride.
