Rangers fan tries to stay dry using souvenir cup as umbrella

As the great Bob Marley once said: "Some people feel rain, others just get wet."

A Texas Rangers fan creatively tried to stay dry during Monday's game against the Los Angeles Angels, using a souvenir cup as cover while waiting out a 38-minute rain delay. He eventually realized the cup wasn't getting the job done, and took shelter in the concourse.
