Week 12 Injury Roundup: Peters still questionable, Bills getting healthy

Reminder: A 2016 rule change dropped "probable" from weekly injury reports. Any player with less than a 100 percent chance of being active is considered "questionable" as a result, while "doubtful" is used when their game-day availability is deemed unlikely.
