Manchester City's Elite Development Squad Player of the Year Bersant Celina has been shifted to FC Twente of the Eredivisie to continue his development on a season-long loan.

The 19-year-old Kosovan midfielder is highly touted among the coaching staff at Etihad Campus, but his progression into Premier League football was cut off by Pep Guardiola's stacked options in the senior squad.
Celina should find minutes easier to come by in the Netherlands, particularly since Felipe Gutierrez departed for Real Betis and Jerson Cabral left to join Ligue 1's SC Bastia.
