Valencia's Shkodran Mustafi: Not to be sold
Valencia manager Pako Ayestaran said that Mustafi would not be sold during the current transfer window, reports Sky Sports.
Analysis:
Reports that the defender had agreed to move to Arsenal recently picked up steam with the London side negotiating a transfer fee. Mustafi's contract includes a 43.1 million buyout clause that may be a stumbling block for the deal, though. Mustafi was a second-half substitute for Valencia's first match of the season against Las Palmas.
