Watch: Nintendo's Mario helps usher in Tokyo 2020

The closing ceremony at Rio 2016 helped to serve as a transition to the next Summer Olympics in Tokyo.
In order to pass the torch, so to speak, Japan called in a favor from iconic video game character Mario to get everyone set for 2020, which included prime minister Shinzo Abe briefly appearing in the outfit of the world's most famous Italian plumber.
