So much for those reports of Antonio Cromartie's impending retirement.

Reports surfaced Monday that hip problems could force the veteran cornerback to hang up his cleats after 10 seasons in the league.

Cromartie addressed those reports on Twitter.

Cromartie went into greater detail when the topic was broached by Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News.

"Hell, no. I'm not done. My hip wasn't the problem last year," he said, according to Mehta, before revealing he fought a groin injury last season.

Cromartie began a second tour of duty with the New York Jets last season, but recorded career lows in tackles and interceptions. He spent his first four seasons with the San Diego Chargers and also played for the Arizona Cardinals for one year.
