Mark Reynolds may have come close to making this baseball burst into flames.

The Colorado Rockies first baseman was called on to pinch hit for Adam Ottavino in the bottom of the seventh Thursday against the Atlanta Braves, and the 32-year-old didn't disappoint. Reynolds couldn't have made better contact on Hunter Cervenka's 2-0 offering, sending it ridiculously deep into left-center field to make it 4-1 for Colorado.

According to MLB's Statcast, the ball traveled a whopping 484 feet at Coors Field, making it the second-longest home run tracked by the system this season, behind only a homer from Texas Rangers outfielder Nomar Mazara (491 feet).
